Top 10 Christmas Movies
Daughter Runs

I am not ashamed to say that I'm 100% in love with Hugh Grant. The only reason why I decided to watch this movie was because of him. But, against my initial hesitation, I enjoyed all the other characters and their stories that end up intertwining with one another. It's sweet, and British. Very, very British.

A movie about a mean boss who is visited by ghosts to make him love christmas. Its very intense and has some jokes. Highly recommended.

The first time I came across this film on television I didn't think much of it, but I continued seeing it come up each holiday season and eventually began to appreciate it. With an amazing cast (Diane Keaton, Luke Wilson, Sarah Jessica Parker, Rachel McAdams, Claire Danes, etc.), this movie, centered around one family's Christmas holiday, is comical and sentimental.

A very funny christmas movie about a father who does funny things and causes christmas disasters. It will make you love your own christmas even more.

A classic, not much to say that hasn't been said. Except that I really regret not going to The Pretty Reckless show at the Music Hall of Williamsburg back in April.

A holiday classic. In my opinion it must been seen every year.

This is a weird one, but I guess it all makes sense in ABC Family's late-2000's world of TV movies. Snowglobe stars Christina Milian as the lead who manages to get herself stuck in a quaint village that happens to exist inside of a snowglobe. I wonder if Lil' Wayne is hiding somewhere in there, too.

I found this to be the funniest movie as a child. I think it was one of my favorite movies. It is actually pretty funny and who wouldn't watch a holiday movie about a ten year old boy who's family leave him home alone and bad guys show up.

For my last film, I was debating whether or not to go with Sex and the City which features a very short Christmas cameo. Instead, I went with another leading blonde, Barbie, in her debut role. With crisp sounds, vivid color, and almost frightening imagery, Barbie in the Nutcracker brings a whole new perspective to being just a doll.

I had to include this movie because I watched it three times every year on our way to spend the weekend in Vermont. I did this for the entire holiday season.
